You’ve seen it on our instagram, you’ve seen it on Pinterest and we are finally releasing our super simple, mouth-watering recipe for the most incredible spinach dip you will ever taste. The perfect appetizer for your upcoming Christmas and New Year parties, just expect for it to be devoured in 5 minutes or less. This recipe is easy to follow and all you have to do is set it and forget it.
The Ingredients
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
2 cups mexican cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
Frozen or fresh spinach (if using frozen, let thaw before you begin cooking
1 can of rotel
Cumin, salt and pepper to taste
The Directions
Prep your crockpot by spraying the inside with a nonstick spray for easy clean up (thank us later) and turn on high setting. Cut your block of cream cheese into squares so it melts faster then add the rotel and spinach. Let it cook alone until cream cheese is fully melted and combined (be sure to stir throughout). Now its time to add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Be sure to frequently taste as it cooks until it is seasoned to your liking. Let it cook and allow the cheese to melt for about 20 mins. Then serve with your favorite tortilla chips or bread.
This appetizer was a big hit while waiting for the rest of our Thanksgiving meal.
